Campsite Rules

We want to keep our campsite clean and friendly for all our visitors. Just so we are on the same page, please get acquainted with the below site rules.

  • No fires to be lit on site.  Please acquaint oneself with fire precautions and fire points located on site, information can be found at reception.
  • No barbecues directly on grass, please ask warden for bricks so that the grass is not burned.
  • Adult’s only, no under 18’s.
  • All visitors to book in at the reception on arrival.  One car per pitch, any extra cars can park by grass area at front of the site by the reception.
  • No speeding! 8mph max (We have a young child and just in case he escapes, please drive very carefully).
  • The output of our electrical points is 10amps.  Do not use all electrical appliances at once or use kettles unsuitable for caravanning as this will trip electric.
  • Dogs to be kept on a lead at all time and exercised in abject in river field.   No fouling on site and if there is an accident please clean up after your dog (poop bags provided in reception).
  • Radios must be inaudible to others between 10 pm and 9 am and no disturbing noise at any other time.
  • The contents of the chemical toilets/grey water must be emptied only at the disposal points by the reception.
  • The washing of dishes is not permitted in the toilet block.  Please use the sink in the laundry room.
  • No anti-social behaviour, please report anything to the warden that causes offence.
  • Authority of the conduct of the site is vested in site owner, who is responsible for the smooth running of the site and the welfare of its occupants, in this connection, the owner is empowered to refuse entry to, or the use of the site by any person and should he consider it necessary to request the removal of any caravan/motorhome/tent.  The refund of the appropriate portion of any site rental shall be sufficient discharge of all obligations to any person who is required to vacate the site.
