9. Payments

Payment processing services for Providers on FareHarbor are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a Provider on FareHarbor, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.

We do not store any Payment Information.

10. Refunds

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any services we provide without reason or notice. You must abide by the campsite rules at Riverside Caravan Park, at all times.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

12. Copyright and Ownership.

All of the content featured or displayed on the Service, including without limitation text, graphics, photographs, images, sound, and illustrations (“Content”), is owned by Riverside Caravan Park, its licensors, vendors, agents or its Content providers. All elements of the Service, including without limitation the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. The Service may only be used for the intended purpose for which such Service is being made available. You are authorized to view, play, print and download copyrighted documents, audio and video found on our Service for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify any of the materials and you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or work contained on the Service. The Service, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Riverside Caravan Park or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed. 13. Bookings

All bookings on this website are to be confirmed by Riverside Caravan Park. Riverside Caravan Park reserves the right to amend or cancel a booking at any time.

  • A contract between you and the owners will come into existence when we receive payment and accept your booking by issuing a confirmation of booking for the holiday dates shown in the rental agreement. The contract binds you & all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract & loss of the booking.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the pitch price is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount of the holiday charge.
  • The balance must be paid so as to arrive no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation and the client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent.
  • All cancellations must be immediately notified by telephone and then in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
  • We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
  • Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
  • The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed four people and only those people listed on the booking form can occupy the pitch. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
  • Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.
  • Riverside Caravan Park reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
  • Tenancies normally commence at 12pm unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the pitch by 11 am on the day of departure. This allows the pitch to be emptied and prepared for incoming guests.
  • Damage to property – Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage in your accommodation please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action.
  • The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
  • The internet connection is available (at no extra cost) subject to technical availability.
  • The owner shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the building or grounds or services
  • Children under 18 are not allowed on the campsite
  • We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others.
  • Any problem or complaint which the client may have concerning their holiday must be immediately reported directly to us/our representatives and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us/the property manager at the time and only reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered by the proprietor.
  • This property is privately owned. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the campsite with the same respect that they would with their own house.

14. Table Mountain Challenge

Riverside and its owners take no responsibility for any cost, damage or harm to anyone doing the table mountain challenge. It is a fun challenge to be enjoyed but you should use your own judgement for taking part. Any injuries sustained whilst attempting the challenge are not the fault of the Riverside Caravan park and its owners.
